The TSE project brings together the three cities of Gent (B), Rotterdam (NL) and Southampton (UK) to look at innovative methods of tackling social exclusion; keeping our cities accessible for all, getting those furthest from the labour market into employment and improving the quality of services for people with disabilities and/or disadvantaged groups.
